Questions, answered.
Something else? Write to us.
Do I set my own schedule?
Yes. You set weekly hours and block off time whenever you need to. Pet parents can only book the slots you open.
Which pet parents will I see?
Pet parents in the state where you're licensed — currently Florida and New York — who either choose you from your profile or are matched to the next available vet.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go through Stripe. You connect a Stripe account once during setup, and every payout and its status shows in your dashboard.
Can I prescribe?
When it's clinically appropriate and allowed under your state's rules, you write the prescription in the visit record and it's sent to the pet parent's pharmacy.
What about the VCPR?
Florida and New York require an established Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship before ongoing telemedicine-only care. If a pet needs an in-person exam first, that's your call to make and tell the pet parent.
How long does review take?
A person on our team checks your licence and insurance. You'll get an email as soon as you're approved, and can set your hours straight away.
Do I need special equipment?
A computer with a camera, a microphone and a reliable internet connection. Visits run in the browser — there's nothing to install.
